Roadmap?

Is there a roadmap for the future of Start11? Would really like to see separate pinned shortcuts, as well as the ability to toggle the systray on each (Start11) taskbar. Either of these in the cards?

Having a tray on each monitor has been something I've wanted for a while now. I don't think it's possible with Start11 because it uses the native taskbar in windows which doesn't have that ability. There are other 3rd party apps that do offer it by replacing the taskbar with their own version.

I'm not sure what you mean by separate pinned shortcuts however. Can you elaborate on that?

We don't have a public roadmap of our upcoming features for Start11 (or other products) but as it relates to StartX, much of it has to do with not what features can we build but what features can we support. The system tray is a perfect example as mid-cycle of Windows 11, Microsoft decided to rebuild it using XAML Islands which means we have to rework how Start11 functions.

We love the feedback that we get and the features our users want to see included in upcoming releases, I do keep an active backlog of features we are looking to implement in future versions. But until we have them built, stabilized, and ready for beta, we try not to share where we are headed to not set unrealistic expectations for the app.

I realize the native Win11 bar cannot do multiple systrays, I meant Start11's built-in replacement option. Pinned shortcuts: You can pin items to the main taskbar, I'd like the ability to pin different items to each taskbar.

Like I said Start11 uses the built in "Native" taskbar and does not have a replacement. That still does not mean it's impossible but probably not very likely.
