System Tray and Notifications to Secondary Monitor

I am not sure if there is a proper way to do requests but I bought start11 because I really wanted my start menu at the top of my screen. I love it there. But there is one other feature I am missing from being able to drag my taskbars around prior to windows 11 and that was that I used to drag my primary taskbar to a secondary monitor so that my system tray (sound settings/clock/notifications) were on a secondary monitor instead of my primary monitor.

Would this be possible in Start11 or does anyone know of a way to accomplish this? No, I don't want to set my secondary monitor to my primary monitor because not all video games handle well-being booted to the nonprimary monitor.
