All programs button missing

I have updated Start 11, With the previous version of Start 11 when I clicked the Start button a lot of my programs appeared above and there was a button that said All Programs, how can I get that button back? Is there a user manual or guide for the new Start 11?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Try turn on the "Start menu should open showing all programs list" option. Refer Sshot below.
