Problem with installing Start11 using Object Desktop

Hello,

I have a problem installing Start11 with Object Desktop.

An error window appears saying "Cannot find the install file. Please close and re-open Object Desktop, then try again".

However, now, no matter how many times I try, it doesn't work and when I try to download Start11 from your site, I can't download it, I'm asked to purchase it to access the download file, so I'm stuck here...

Can you help me?

Thanks for your reply, I'll give it a try.

However, something strange has just happened. Most of the applications have disappeared from the list in Object Desktop. 

I just closed and reopened the application as instructed and was shocked to see that almost all applications have disappeared from the list.

I'm on Windows 11, I don't know if this changes much...
