Does Start11 support Cloud Search?

I get zero results on document searches

I use OneDrive files on demand for all my document storage. Windows Search returns results for my documents but Start11 does not. OneDrive folders are not available to be indexed for search, but rather results are enabled via Settings > Privacy & security > Search permissions > Cloud content Search. Is Start11 supposed to be returning search results related to cloud content (OneDrive, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.) or is my only option to do searches using the default Windows search UI? Windows native search doesn't return app shortcut results quite the way Start11 does, so I would prefer to stay in Start11's interface if possible.

If the files physically do not exist then start11 cannot see them.

I would have to check if Microsoft allow third parties to search OneDrive or not in a reliable supported fashion (too many cloud providers seem to change their APIs regularly)

The files don't necessarily not physically exist, to use a double negative. All of the files appear in Windows Explorer and many are set to Always Keep on Device, yet none of these are found by Start11 search. Meanwhile, all OneDrive files, whether physically on device or not, are found by the Everything Search utility.
