Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know full version number for Windows 11 and Start11 please. Also post some screenshots of your issue is much appreciated.

Please do uninstall Start11, reboot immediately after, get the latest version Start11 V1.3, install that version, reboot again after installation. Retest and report back.

Thank you,

Still the same after reinstalling v1.3 like you suggested @basj. I did not remove my settings during uninstall, do you recommend this ?

I can reproduce the issue on the bottom windows not full maximize to the screen edge but I can not reproduce the titlebar hidden under that top taskbar. Do you have a 3rd party application running that using that area to display something on or near it? Refer to my screenshot below.

Thank you,

I got this to work perfectly. No eye candy though. https://pureinfotech.com/move-taskbar-top-side-windows-11/

You will find a significant number of bugs with that.

I have found none.

As I recall the mouseover options do not work correctly over running apps so you cannot switch between say two windows of the same process.

I am pleased to say we have now been able to reproduce this at will on a machine internally.  It seems if the Start11 enhance taskbar setting is OFF then it does not happen.  It is only happening if the taskbar is set to enhanced and the row count is 1.

We shall investigate a fix for this for the next update.  I should clarify this is the space at the bottom not any overlap with the titlebar of maximized windows which does not repro here.

This is on 22H2.

When I booted my computer I could not reproduce the hidden title bar issue, no matter what I did. But I played few hours on Rocket League in fullscreen mode and now my Steam and Firefox windows title bar are behind the task bars (I have two screens). And every new windows does not care about the task bar.

I don't know if this will help you.
