Does this apply only to KVM mode? Secondary keeps going to sleep

So i'm transferring a huge file over the net and my secondary keeps going to sleep.  Is being connected ala seamless not enough to keep it awake?  this checkbox only applies to if youre KVM'd in?

Try ensuring that the connection is by IP and not hostname:

Not home at the moment, but I will check it.  I know I had it set both ways at various points. If that can have an effect at least I now know of an advantage for using the IP as opposed to the host name.
