duplicate purchase

I just tried paying for your software using paypal, I got the notice that the country was changed and that I should try again. I did however receive 2 mails (with the same registration key) telling me that I have been charged. 

 

IF I AM CHARGED TWOICE I EXPECT A REFUND WITHOUT HASSLE.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

That's how it has been for me as long as I can remember, but I have always only been charged once. I always get two identical emails when shopping with Stardock. You should check with your bank before you raise a support ticket.
