Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Which line? Can you put an arrow in your screenshot, pointing at that line, please.

Thanks

Have you tried restart Explorer.exe and see if the line still there?

Thank you,

I have a similar issue. Unloading WB11 does not unload everything. Typically here's what I have to do.

1. Unload WB

2. Apply one of W11 themes in settings.

3. Restart

Then everything is back to default windows theme. I believe this is a known issue and a fix will be coming.

I tried closing it and reopening it explore.exe but I dont want to force end it because then I believe my whole desktop screen will go black (my previous experience) so i haven't tried it maybe I will later on and see if that works

End of echy5's quote

The reason the desktop goes black is because explorer is the shell, when that gets unloaded the rest does too but the system is still operational. Best course is to have the run dialog open when you close explorer.exe (you can also use Task Manager>File>Run new task) & run this command after it closes:

%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe
