WindowBlinds 11 Skinstudio

Hi i downloaded winndowblinds 11 beta through object desktop but cannot find the skinstudio it is supposed to come with i did find a link in the top right dropdown cog saying edit in skinstudio but that just takes me to the skinstudio website and could not find anyway to dowload it anyone know how i can get skinstudio
