Groupy Causes Lag/window freeze while moving mouse

issue seems to be the mouse polling rate

Groupy Causes Lag/window freeze while moving mouse, specifically on Fall Guys.

Video Showing Bug

I concluded that the issue seems to be the mouse polling rate(1000Hz).

After Testing, the lower the polling rate = less/almost no Freezes.
Even 250Hz Polling Rate had some microstutters...

this is definitely an issue with groupy (since toggling groupy off solved the issue immediately) - and not some other program. purge/uninstall doesnt work. perhaps this is some limitation that is hardcoded or something.

Adding Fall Guys to the exclusion list didnt work. the only solution is to either:
1. set mouse polling rate to 125Hz (still very small microstutters but very useable compared to a higher polling rate.)
2. disable Groupy

Im using:

Windows 10
Groupy 1.5

Gaming mice have an unfortunate habit of having the marketing department pushing higher and higher polling rates using the logic bigger numbers are better.  Unless you are a pro gamer on a very high refresh rate screen you wouldn't notice much difference after probably 250hz or even the default 125hz.

That said we will investigate whats going on, I suspect the absurdly high polling rate is causing excess repaints on the screen and if you have a blurred groupy tab on the screen you may be being rate limited by the blur whilst the GPU is also being used to render that other window.
