Upgrade offer confusion for Object Desktop

I just received an offer via email. Upgrade offer to Object Desktop for $30, but while going through the process I noticed it doesn't include Start11 and possibly Fences 4. Are they part of this plan since it's a full year subscription to the latest?Upgrade list
