No 'Cybernetics' Research

Version 1.05 - near the end of the game and can't find anywhere the 'Cybernetics' research. Am I to assume that it isn't implemented in the game yet?

I cannot remember which Civ or Civs get it by default, but it is only available as a civ trait, if you are still playing Drengin they are not one of them.

Oh, okay - I am playing a custom civilization with Drengin ships. Wish some of this was more transparent, but glad to figure out the answer.
