Start10 Duplicate items after purge

For the longest time I've had duplicate items, and it never really bothered me until lately. I looked around and found this forum post with the same issue. I followed the steps (purge, reboot, install, reboot) and while it worked for that user, it didn't work for me. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. May I know more on your system.

  1. You on Windows 10 or 11? And you on version no? Use Winver.exe to get those number.
  2. Your Start11 version?
  3. Can you post screenshots showing us the issue.

Its a search result, for me that look normal to have two or more of same search items result. If you right click on "Settings" and "Open Location" on each result, you should see its from two different locations.
