tried several workarounds and fixes but in windows 11 trying to open a ZIP file from the explorer view or even trying to open the context menu from right click on the desktop caused windows explorer to crash. To the point, it is not usable.

Start11 on Windows 11 i7 12xxx , 80GB ram, Nvidia 3080TI
Try this : Uninstall Start11, reboot(important), reinstall Start11 (get the latest version from your account), reboot again. Retest it and report back.

I did as mentioned and it still crashes. I removed all the Stardock Software and did a fresh install. Trying to Right click on the desktop to bring up the context windows caused windows explorer to crash. Also trying to open any ZIP files causes Windows Explorer to Crash.
What do you mean by "fresh install"? Fresh install Start11?
Would like to suggest cleanboot [Link] to see if something is conflicting with Start11. Also do you have Stardock's Windowblinds or Curtains installed?

fresh install...I removed all the items from your object desktop suite....I bought the whole suite...
