When I use the free cursorfx-free-2-10-en-win version my cursor is the perfect size. After I bought the paid version, removed the free version and installed the paid version CursorFX4-fs-setup_sd, the mouse cursor is small and flat. It's no use increasing the size, it doesn't work, it's still small.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Can you post full version numbers for your Windows 10 please. Use Winver.exe to get those numbers.

This is known issue for CursorFX V4 with older Windows 10 version. Please update your Windows 10 to newer version.
