Start 11 Menu not function after VR use

I have dual monitors and the HB Reverb V2 headset

When I use the VR headset (with Steam VR) and then turn it off Start 11 menu icons on the task bar no longer show me the little window over the icon when hovering over it if the app is open already.

Second monitor when hovering the mouse works fine, primary monitor it does not.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Does the issue goes away if you do Explorer.exe restart?

Yes that worked but honestly I should not have to do that each time I use my VR set.

This also happens when I use my A/B switch to change from my personal computer (which is where Start11 is installed to my work Laptop (it does not have Start 11). When I go back to my personal computer I have the same issue that I reported about the VR headset.
