Missing Feature from Start10 in Start11? Can't Change Menu Options (Documents, Music, Pictures)

Hey folks. Maybe its just me, and I can't see it, but, I can't seem to be able to change the Folder Shortcuts on the Upper Right Hand Portion of the Start Menu. Where it has your name, and by default, Documents, Pictures, and Music. I usually change out Documents to Downloads, and have been doing that since Windows Vista, and Start8, Start10 both supported that, but it doesn't seem to be present... or maybe I can't find it, in Start11.
