Procuct Key associate to the wrong mail

not sure why but i associate my product key with the wrong mail how can I change that... i have in my account the order data and all the rest of the information that i need ... can someone help me to change that

ok but now said that I need to click the confirmation mail .... the problem is the mail do not exist haahha

let me explain i must type a random mail somewhere ..... i have the recite and i have the documentation so i can use the product key .... but i prefect if if the mail will be the same for all of them

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use Account Management option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
