Start11 top align context menu for task tray does not work

Hello,

I have the taskbar aligned to the top and when it is set such, I cannot interact with the right-click context menus for the task tray items, such as the volume menu. When I hover the mouse there is no highlight and clicking in the menu does not register. The context menus for everything else on the top aligned taskbar seem to work fine.

This is not the case when the taskbar is bottom aligned, the context menus all work as expected.

Thank you for any help.

I've had this exact same problem.
You can't click on those when the taskbar is at the top.

I've done reinstalls of Windows 11 and Start11. The behavior doesn't change.
Only, now, I can't get the taskbar to even align to the top anymore.
