I have followed all the instructions but keep getting the same error message although I know everything is correct with firewalls.

yes I have gone through these i did notice that version on my main computer is 00103.km and secondary is just 00103 would that cause an issue? I did use the same download link.
Can you ping the Secondary from the Primary PC?
