Upgrading
I have been trying to contact support for over a month through phone calls and emails on the support page. I have yet to hear back so I am trying this route.
I have been a user since the begining, I have upgraded all along and I am currently at v3 which allows me to activate 5 installs. What happens when I upgrade to v4? There appers to be a new model for pricing and I'm not sure how the upgade will work for me? If I upgrade to v4 will I still have the 5 active install available to me with the updated version?
