'Start11' updates don't download

Why does Stardock not update 'Start11' under WIN 11?
- The Stardock window does pop up, again and again whenever I open a new PC session. But it stays there forever without loading the now version down.
- I have a 'Start11' license, but Stardock does not honor it since several month. Why?
