Mouse disappearing

multiplicity has been working fine for months but all of a sudden yesterday anytime i move my mouse off my primary computer the mouse disappears totally.  it's like it goes into limbo cuz i can't interact with either computer.  The keyboard also stops working so all control is gone from both PC's.  Nothing has changed on either pc.

Any ideas how to fix this as it's super annoying and the only way i can fix is to restart the PC and unload multiplicity totally.

The way that reads it's as if it's actually going to a PC \ monitor you are not aware of - meaning, it's actually switching but you are not interacting with what it has switched to.

On the MP Seamless grid, on the two PCs in question are on it, yes?

that's an accurate way to describe it.  Its going to a third non existent computer.  The Grid only shows two computers, same two that have always been there.

Perhaps the quickest way to resolve this is to purge and reinstall on each PC:
