How do I move/resize my fences

I have tried click- dragging.  Nothing happens.  Someone said it will work unless you have locked my fences.  I have not found a place to lock (and thus to unlock) them.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you on Windows 11 the lock/unlock is here. Refer to screenshot below.

Thank you for your kind reply.

I am however on Windows 10, and version 4.0.0.3 of Fences.  When I run Fences from the Win 10 Win-Key menu that starts applications, I do see a number settings pages.  I have not found lock or unlock on those pages - could you tell me where I might look?

Under Windows 10 it should be here. Refer to screenshot below.

If "Lock Fences" does not appear, please check if Fences is listed twice in your Task Manager->Startup tab : Refer screenshot below.
