Issues with Start menu aligned top - Won't disappear during games, can't right click

Still having issues with start11 and aligning it with the top. I still cannot right click anything (i.e date / time & other windows elements).

The other issue is when launching quite a few games the start menu will start at the front and will not disappear. (this issue is not there when I align it bottom and launch the same games and it works, so it seems its just when aligned top)

 

Windows Version 21H2 (OS Build 22000.708)

Start11 Version: 1.24

Hope we can figure this out since I really love having my bar top :(



Another issue I'm having is the bar will randomly shift from the top of the screen and go down, as shown in the picture below

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to be sure, you on Windows 11, yes? And you also have Stardock ObjectDock running? Does the issue goes away if you uninstall ObjectDock? Do note that ObjectDock is not compatible with Windows 10 and Windows 11.

Yup, on windows 11.

I went ahead and did a full uninstall of both Object Dock and Start11, and reinstalled just Start11. The issue remains though

I suspect this wouldn't be a problem on later versions of Windows 11 (22H2 being in release preview now) as top taskbars changed how they worked.

We need to do further investigations on this to see what is up as the show / hide logic for taskbars should be purely under Microsoft's control rather than ours.

Thanks for your help! Hopefully you'll be able to figure it out! I really love using my taskbar at the top of the screen ~ so I appreciate it!
