HotKey to rename a tab AND move close all windows down the menu

whenever i boot up, i have about 10-15 different explorer windows and website browser personas open. I'd love to have a hot key that invokes the rename tab AND move the close all tabs down the menu because sometime I hit and close everything! maybe have toggle that says "are you sure you want to close all tabs?"

Working at the moment and have 41 Tabs open in Chrome, it does take a few minutes each day when i start up to open them all and log in were necessary, also running A Video Conversion Program and several explorer windows moving files to Archive, thank the old Gods and the New For Modern Machines.

HOPEFULLY, SQUEAKY WHEEL GETS SOME GREASE ;)

few "bugs"

Heres a video:

need a hotkey to rename a tab. I have to use the mouse for about 30 different tabs. The hotkey would be awesome.

Move the "Close all windows in this tab" down farther, just not next to the "rename tab" I keep hitting it and closing like 20 tabs when I am renaming it. Put that at the bottom?
If the hotkey is more accessible, then I wouldn't hit it๐Ÿ™‚

Renaming tabs within tabs?
Now that windows 11 allows us to have nested tabs; it would be great to have the same functionality inside the tabbed tab...
for example, I have two windows explorer windows open; one I've named client another client b
inside of clients a and b... I have two tabs
one tabbed explorer window named logos
another tabbed explorer window names templates.

It would be great to duplicate the nested tabbed windows and rename them. Make sense? I can give you a video if you need one.
