Will Start11 put back all my pinned sections and apps from win 10?

I tried upgrading to Windows 11 and was immediately dismayed when I saw the start menu and how all my carefully crafted sections and pinned apps were gone. So I went back to Windows 10. If I go to Windows 11 again and install Start 11, does it have a way of retrieving all my pinned apps and sections the way I had it in Win10 or do I have to rebuild it all again?
