Verifiably Secure Groupy

IT says no but I love my Groupy

Any chance you'd be willing to put Groupy on GitHub or jump through the standard enterprise/gov security hoops to get this app approved? Not sure what exactly those hurdles are but figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.

Just so I am clear, you want us to open source groupy?

If so I am afraid that is something we cannot do as we are in the business of selling software.

I don't know what specific requirements your IT department have for software so I cannot comment on that.  Are they able to tell you what would meet their requirements?

Thanks for taking time to respond and sorry it's been so late. Our IT group was in a huff about only installing authorized programs and they said if it's on GitHub, it's approved. But nobody has noticed my lil groupy app chugging away so no worries. Thanks again.
