Once you collect the parts, the Retribution template will show up in all your shipyards.  You can only build 1 unique copy.  If it gets destroyed you will not be able to build another.  

Are you playing a custom Civ?  The prototype ships you get from events are not working atm.  The Devs know about it & are looking to fix in a future update.

Yep, I was playing a custom race.   How unfortunate    I really appreciate the heads up on the issue.  In spite of searches both in google and Gal Civ forums, I was able to find this info.  I think part of the issue was having a ship name the same as a Gal Civ 3 expansion....

This question is - do we have to redo our Custom Civ.  I haven't got to that part in my new 1.02 game.
