Can someone help me find this Beatnik skin??

Thanks, Morphium for trying. I have looked quite a bit too and can't seem to find it. Thought someone else might have better luck. I do know that I think it said on art uproar that at one time it was at pixtudio and done by treetog, but not totally sure on that. Oh, well maybe someone else will see this and have it and email it to me.

I tried the link but no go. It downloads, but when you try to unzip it, it says there is an error in the directory and that it's not a valid file. Tried it several times it just doesn't want to cooperate. Thanks alot Jafo for sending me the link though. I am starting to think this skin really doesn't want to be downloaded.

Maybe if someone has this skin, he could send it to You by e-mail.

It was uploaded here in Jan, 2002....it's possible it's on one of the CD compilations....

I haven't been playing with WC that long so I still have trouble with some of this. Thanks everybody for helping though. I have look around alot for it and it's driving me nuts that I can't find it.

Stumpy....'remaking' it will require treetog's permission....if you intend to distribute it to a third party....

I wondered about the permission thing to but wasn't sure how that worked. I only want to use it on my own computer. As I said I am new to alot of this so still learning what has to be done.

Oracle73.....Beatnik is a good place to start as it's quite simple.

I'll look through the CDs from Wincusto....and see if it's there....

Jafo....That would be great thanks. Beatnik is one I want to play with. Trying to the windowblinds skins, though is not that simple.

Yeah I've got the Beatnik skin(s) in question - two different versions actually, one 'small' and one 'big'.
But get in touch with tog first - if he's not able to 'provide' you with the skins, aks him if its ok that I mail it/them to you.
(or have him mail me for "verification")

the author of the skin. I did it with treetogs permission along with a Hoverdesk
theme and a quicknotes skin.
