How do I set up Start 11?
Can't find a link to get me back to the set-up for Start 11? I don't think the icon on my bottom left is Start 11, but still MS Windows.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Not really sure what you're referring to. Can you post a screenshot of what you're looking at.
Thanks

If you bought start 11 you can download an installer here
https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products
Otherwise you can find an installer here
Thank you, I'll give it a try!
Thanks, BasJ,
I can take a screen shot, but I don't know that it will help, as the screen shot of the current start button looks exactly like my SD 10 one did, and exactly like a standard MS Windows one.
I purchased and installed Stardock 11, last evening. With SD 10, I could right click on the start button, and it would allow me to configure the start button/application. (Pick the style of the button, etc.) This start button, after the SD 11 download and installation, appears to have all the attributes of a regular MS Windows start button, because of the look of the menu, and no ability to right click and configure. So I think I've missed a step installing SD 11 in order to activate it. I'm sorry if I'm not being clear as to the problem. I may have to forego the newly purchased SD11 start button and be satisfied with the MS Windows button and application.
I'm not familiar with forums, so forgive me if I'm not following protocol.
Need to know you on Windows 10 or 11? And to go to Start11 config Windows. If you on Windows 10, you just need to right click on the start button and select "Configure Start11...". If you on Windows 11, right click on the taskbar and select "Configure Start11..." If this menu items do not appear. Than you might have issue while installing Start11.
Would like to suggest try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.
Thank you,

Hello Ginamae,
I have seen this issue happen to a few people now. What has worked for some in the past is running a purge. I will note that by doing this you will lose any saved settings you have for start 10 / 11.
To run a purge download the file here https://forums.stardock.com/505872/start11-support-faq#reinstalling
Afterwords, reboot, and finally reinstall the latest version of Start 11.
Hope that helps you.
Basj beat me too it
. It looks like we had the same idea.
Thank all of you for trying to help. Here's what I found out:
You hold down the shift key and right click on the start button. That pulls up the configuration of Stardock's Start 11 menu. Then you can do your configurations from there.
Also, I'm running Windows 10.
Again, thanks to all!
