This weeks Windows 11 update for the Dev/Beta channel come complete with an incomplete taskbar. For some strange reason Microsoft released an update that does not include, "show hidden icons" on the taskbar. This is listed in their known problems.

Strangely enough "other system tray icons" also do not generate on start 11's taskbar when trying and overcome the hidden icon issue.

It is fair to say Microsoft sent out a half baked update this week and I was quick to hit the "go back to previous build" button. But I do hope this isn't a new bug in coming attractions for start 11 with the Beta/Dev builds.
