FENCES 4.0.0.3 is awful with WIN 11

I used older versions of FENCES for many years, so I know how great it can be. I don't know if the problem now is with Fences version 4.0.0.3, or WIN 11, but they basically suck when I use them together on my excellent new laptop. (Everything else works great on it.) Fences' sliding controls have almost zero effect on how they appear. Everything always looks muddy and dim, no matter where I place the sliders. I dread having to use the desktop now. If it weren't for my need to have my programs grouped just the way I want them to be, I would just delete Fences now altogether.  Has anyone else had a similar problem?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. No, from what I remember, there is no similar issue reported. Maybe you can post few screenshots so we can understand your issue better.
