Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please, we need to know more on your system

  1. You on Windows 10 or 11? Also need to know its full version number please. Use Winver.exe to get those.
  2. Start11 version numbers, if you still not on the latest V1.22 Beta, please install that version and retest. You can get the Beta from your account page.
  3. Can you post screenshots of your Start11 settings, specially on "Start Menu" and "Control" tabs
