Recycle Bin Will Not Move From Top Left of Desktop After Uninstalling Fences 4

* Prior to installing Fences 4 I could position the Recycle Bin anywhere on my desktop.

* After installing Fences 4 the Recycle Bin was pinned to the upper left corner of the desktop unless I dragged it in to a fence.

* After uninstalling Fences 4 the Recycle Bin remains pinned to the upper right corner of the desktop. 

I've tried reinstalling and uninstalling the software - the recycle bin remains immobile ("Remove Settings" was checked during uninstall). 

Now, I can only remove the Recycle Bin from the desktop via the Windows 11 "View" options.

Never mind - I see that your uninstaller left "Auto Arrange" checked in Desktop View.

Problem solved (you might want to undo that).
