Start11 won't work after rebooting

Start11won't work after rebooting.

Already used https://cdn.stardock.us/support/uploads/Purge_StartALL.zip and reinstalled the latest verison.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. I saw the video. Look like something is blocking Start11 from function properly. May I know what is that app appear (Center of tastbar with big "S" Icons on it? Refer screenshot below. My guess, that app might blocking your start button click?

It's Input Method :pinyin.sogou.com

I believe this is not the reason.

Just to be sure, as a test, please uninstall that, reboot and retest and see if the issue still there.
