erm.. does this mean that, as a registered user who renewed in June, I gotta renew again to get any more updates? Where's the CD link? Am I completely stooopid ?

Nope, what it means that if you would like a CD copy of OD 2004, and your subscription is current (Even if it is going to expire soon) you can order a CD copy with all of the "Release" (Not Alpha/Beta) versions on it, and get it shipped to you for basicaly the cost of shipping. You do not have to renew again untill your normal renew date.
