Cannot update to 1.21; stuck on 1.11

I had to reinstall Start11. Now it will not update to 1.21 from 1.11

I have tried both the standard and the beta and my start icon and task bar are not centered like I wanted.  After each time I clear the folder in the programs files (86).  I am beyond frustrated.  It worked when I first downloaded it for 3 weeks or so and now not anymore.

If you are using Windows 11 then if you enable the enhanced taskbar feature in Start11 taskbar settings then you cannot centre the start button.  It does explain this when you enable the feature in the beta however.

Disable that and you should be able to reset back to centre mode.

I am running windows 10.  After uninstalling it again, deleting the installed folder, rebooting and reinstalling.  It works but then today when I reboot, the top screen has the icons centered but my main widescreen monitor below has the icons on the far left. I don't get why it worked for so long when I first installed.
