Start 11 -Start button does not open anything

I recently installed v. 1.2 on my new computer. If I click the Start button, nothing opens. I uninstalled and reinstalled, and it still does not work. I have gone over all the settings and they seem OK. Works fine on my other PC.

Does pressing the Windows key work?

Also what version of Windows do you have installed?

Windows Key did not do anything. New Dell XPS Windows 11.

I tried the purge as suggested and reinstalled. That worked!
