Sorry to hear you are having issues. But need to know more on your system and issue.

1. Windows 7,8,10 or 11? and Its full version numbers please. Use Winver.exe for full version numbers.
2. Deskscapes 11 version numbers.
3. What error message pop up?
4. Did you download the installer directly from your account/product? : https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products

Go to your products page and download from

there reboot test and report back here if all OK.

re-install Object Desktop Manager, the same problem
