version 2 - 4 windows 7

Hi all, I am currently running windows 7 and a fences 2 trial, all works perfectly.

However, I am willing to buy a license and need to make sure I can still use version 2, as I understand it, version 4 will not work on win7.

Any help, much appreciated.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. From what I know, I don't think there is version 2 still available for purchase. But, you can try out Fences V3 which is compatible with Windows 7 : https://www.stardock.com/products/fences3/. Also there is a free trial for Fences 3 too. If you wish to test it out first.

Hi all, I have tried v3, all is good, however when I go to purchase v3 the only options are v4...... which does not work on win7.

Anywhere to actually buy a v3 key?

Thanks Basj, all sorted, it does force you to buy v4 if you click the purchase button, however going straight to the page you linked works well!
