New icons on wrong monitor

I have 2 monitors - primary on the right, and secondary on the left.

New icons are often put on the left one. I want them to be on the primary one. How can I do that with Fences 3? (I don't want them to go to any fence, just right desktop).

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Try this.

  1. on your desktop right click->Sort->None.
  2. view-> disable auto arrange icons.
  3. Also give some empty space on your top left corner of your primary monitor. Move away Fences from there if you have them there.

If these don't work. Please post a video of what is happening on your screens. When new icons move in your desktop. Also include information of your Windows version numbers (Winver.exe) and Fences 3 version numbers in the video.

If you want it to be sorted by date than it is best to send all new icons automatically into a Fence. It is a known issue that new desktop icons with sorting turn on will have strange behavior.

This was gonna be my suggestion.  I always did it that way, then move them to where I want.
