Continuous Request for Key Entry Start 11

Greetings,

I have licenses for Start11 (upgrade) in both of my Windows 11 installs. I have been asked more than once, to enter my product key in both installs. The keys are accepted each time. I should point out that my machine is dual boot with, as pointed out above, licenses for both installs.

I would like to know how to make the program stop asking me for information I have already provided.

HI Graham,

I first want to check and make sure you are using both of your Start11 keys and not trying to use the same one on both installs.

If that is ok, please do the following on each install:

Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time. A "Run" dialog box will pop up, please paste the path below into the "Open" field and press OK.

%ProgramData%\Stardock\

In the folder that pops up, you should see a folder named Start11. Please delete this folder and all of its contents.

After you have deleted that folder, please attempt to activate once again and it should succeed without any errors.

Thanks AzDude and Paul,

I will reactivate both installs using correct keys. Will then delete the folders and let you know the result. This doesn't happen every day, so you may not hear from me for awhile.
