Start11 Licence Error

Hello, i just purchased Start11 using Paypal and i'm not able to get my licence.

After the validation of the payment, i returned on stardock.com and my screen became "transparent black" and nothing else.

I tried to refresh the page several time using F5 and after a while i obtained a message error on the following url: https://www.stardock.com/products/start11/download?fscNext=fsc%3Ainvoke%3Acomplete

Then i went in my profile and in "Order History" and i obtained this error:

Sorry, there was an error

I checked paypal and my money is gone.
 
What can i do to obtain my licence?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try this first : use this guide and see if you can get your keys and software link : https://forums.stardock.com/484254/getting-your-products-and-keys. Use your email address that link to your paypal account.

If that fail please raise a support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details on your purchase there and Support will help you from there. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket since that will only confuse the system. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer on first come first serve bases.

Hi, thanks for your answer. Initially I didn't planed to post this on the forum, I thought i was contacting the support 😅

By the way I finaly contacted the support after understanding my error. Hope it will be fine 🙏
