Windows Update broke Taskbar color and transparency

As the topic says. I just updated Windows and now my taskbar is no longer transparent, and cannot be forced transparent. I can also no longer change the color of the taskbar in Start 11 and am forced to used the Windows 11 Personalisation settings instead. It seems Start 11 no longer has any control over this aspect of the taskbar.

And it is a full registered version of Windows. I am just running a beta version as part of the insiders program.
