Start 11 V1.16 Taskbar issue

When "Let Start11 enhance the taskbar" option is set to ON, the taskbar goes to the top of the screen when some games are played. Turning off the option puts it back to the bottom of the screen. PC is running Windows 11, INTEL Core i7-9700K, GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER, Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB Memory. Windows taskbar setting (Behavior) is to "Show my taskbar on all displays". Start11 taskbar setting under "Let Start11 enhance the taskbar" is  Taskbar buttons should be combined "Sometimes".

When I start to play some games in windowed mode, the taskbar goes to the top of the main screen, covering any windows menu bars that are under it.

Turning off that option immediately puts the taskbar back at the bottom of the screen (asks to "restart explorer").

More issues with latest (03/23/2022) Win11 beta update. Seeing some overlay (?) funkiness, plus changing the start icon changes the taskbar length.

Custom (Insider) start icon.

No custom start icon. See the shading difference as well. Not to mention MS's watermarking suddenly appearing ....
