Start11: How can I group apps in the WIN 10 style?

I'm new here. Perhaps I simply did not yet find out how to create apps groups in the way the WIN 10 start menu does allow to do.
-  So:  Does somebody know how to group apps in super-tiles with Start11?
-  Start11 seems not to support app groups (each with its own group title, e.g. 'AUX APPs') + does not display the app descriptor automatically (I have to activate the designator, e.g. 'Word', actively with the cursor).

The advantage of apps groups is obvious:  Efficiency.
-  I'm speaking of perhaps 100 apps that I display in the Start menu.
--  With the WIN Start menu, I can display all apps groups on one fully visible display, i.e. I don't have to move on the displayto see all app groups (+ 1 open group with displayed apps).
--  Some of them, I use regularly, for all others, I have to identify them first (not remembering their app symbol or designator right away).
--  Thus:  In my use, the WIN 10 Start menu is much faster to use than the Start11 menu (sorry to say).

To create a group just drag an icon over another whilst holding down the shift key.
