Taskbar broken

Reinstall previous version?

The taskbar keeps getting offset and will not show the menu. It is stuck at the top, even though I did not put it there. Can I roll back to the previoius version?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information on your system please.

  1. Windows 10 or 11? And its full version numbers. You can use Windows "Winver.exe" to get to it.
  2. Start10 or 11? And its version numbers.
  3. A screenshot of your offset taskbar.
  4. Do you have Stardock's ObjectDock installed?

Thanks

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: [link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot again after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.

Thank you,

I did as you suggested, but the taskbar keeps shifting down about 1/9th of an inch at the top and the menu does not appear.

I have used the batch file to completely remove  the newest version.

Is there any way to install the previous version?

Blessings and thanks,
John

The 1.11 release should be downloadable from your downloads on the Stardock store.

We are aware of the issue you are reporting and hope to have that resolved in an update this week.  It only happens on some machines.

I tried to find the 1.11 release, but I could only find the latest release. Can you please tell me where, specifically, I can find the 1.11 release?

Blessings and thanks,
John

I just got an email saying that the beta is over and and version 1.2 is ready to download and install.

Have the problems we discussed above all been fixed in this release?

Blessings and thanks,
John
