Unable to login to web-site

I'm setting up a new installation of Windows 11, and one thing I cannot live without is Start11.  When I attempted to login to my account on the web-site in order to access my downloads and keys, I got the error shown in the screenshot below.

I was able to workaround it by accessing my account from a different PC on which I was already logged in.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Can you try different browser on that system. Or try running the private mode and see if that help. Private mode usually disable any browser extensions/add-ons.

I just tried it and got an error message.  The error message was just a generic one and did not provide any details about what went wrong, though.
